Erica Barr (on leave)

Hello! My name is Erica and I'm a newbie here to Chinook. I was born and raised in Medicine Hat where I went through fine arts schooling and many years of lessons, competitions, and festivals. I have been a performer since day one and the fine arts have always been a part of my life. My mom is a retired costume designer and that's where I get my creative skills from (my dad is a dentist and my sister a pharmacist....our family is left brain/right brain divided!). I moved to Lethbridge in 2010 to pursue my degree in theatre performance and after working professionally I came back to complete my education degree. I have worked all over Alberta as an actor, creator, improviser, musician, and much more. When I'm not making magic in the theatre you can find me every weekend performing and co-managing an improv troupe and theatre company. I have worked with Theatre Outré here in Lethbridge, which is southern Alberta's only queer theatre company, for many years. I have a lizard named Hank, a cat named Cotton, and when I have the time, I like to kick back and roll a few D20's with friends. My door is always open, I can't wait to meet you!
