Raelyn Riley grew up in the thriving metropolis of Bow Island, Alberta. After graduating high school, she moved to Vancouver to attend the University of British Columbia, but she just couldn't quit that big, blue Alberta sky. A year and a half later, she decided she'd had enough of that west-coast life and transferred to the University of Lethbridge, where she completed her combined B.A./B.Ed. program in English Education.

Raelyn first had the opportunity to work at Chinook as an intern in 2014, and returned in the 2015/2016 and 2016/2017 school years teaching English, CTS, and Social Studies. She also enjoys helping out with coaching the Cross-Country and Track and Field teams. After taking a year off to travel through Australia and Southeast Asia, she is excited to be back at Chinook teaching students in the Knowledge and Employability program!
